b. Account Security: Users agree to notify BirbConnect immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their account. BirbConnect will not be liable for any acts or omissions by users, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

 

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

a. User Content: Users maintain ownership of the content they schedule and post using BirbConnect (“User Content”). By using the Services, users grant BirbConnect a limited license to interact with User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

b. Lawful Use: Users agree that all User Content complies with applicable laws and platform policies. BirbConnect reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and remove or edit content in its sole discretion.

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users of BirbConnect shall not:

a. Engage in any activities that would violate the proprietary rights of others, including but not limited to copyright or trademark infringement.

b. Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

c. Transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

 

6. Subscription and Billing

a. Fees: BirbConnect operates on a subscription fee model. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in these Terms.

b. Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew under the same conditions unless the user cancels the service before the renewal date.

 

7. Service Modification and Price Changes

BirbConnect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, including adding or removing functionalities. Prices are subject to change, with prior notice to the users, reflecting changes in the market or the costs of providing the Services.

 

8. Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. BirbConnect also reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account if the user fails to comply with these Terms or for any other reason at BirbConnect’s discretion.
